The project goal is to link career pathways, skills and organizational priorities efficiently for Data, Lending and Cloud business unit.
My Role
I designed an intuitive dashboard report that helped hiring leaders make faster, data-informed decisions on talent initiatives for data, lending and cloud business units. The dashboard focused on:
- Identifying candidate tech stack and career pathways.
- Tracking progress and engagement in attracting talent.
- Facilitating conversations between data, lending and cloud professionals and hiring teams.
Additionally, I personalized insights based on employee career aspirations and mobility preference enabling leaders to evaluate their talent capital against the competitive cloud technology landscape.
Design Approach
- Data-Driven Storytelling: Visualizations guided executives to key decisions, highlighting trends and opportunities.
- Schedule Driven Metrics: Talent activities were tracked based on elapsed days to better plan talent needs of mission critical projects.
- Roadblocks Identifier Frontline talent insights were highlighted to better remove roadblocks that could impede goal achievement.
- Mapping the Momentum: Mount Everest provided a compelling summit scale and ascent for the talent dashboard and visuals.
